Jason Hart, 50, of Buffalo, NY, was allegedly operating the motor vehicle intoxicated. Hart refused field sobriety testing and was ultimately arrested for driving while intoxicated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officer David Spink performed a breath test at the Perry Police Department which determined Hart to have .09% blood alcohol content. Hart is charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hart was released to a sober third party and issued an appearance ticket for Perry Village Court on June 11, 2024, to answer the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Information from a Perry Police Press release) On May 30, 2024, Officer David Spink of the Perry Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the Villge of Perry.
