John M. Grabowski, 40, of Fisher Rd., Oakfield. is charged with rape in the 3rd degree after allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a female victim under the age of 17 in Oakfield on July 23, 2018.<\/p>\n

Grabowski was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and jailed on $100,000 bail.<\/p>\n

He is scheduled to appear in Oakfield Town Court on August 6, 2018 to answer the charge.<\/p>\n

Additional charges are pending.<\/p>\n
