Pelton -Wibbe was located but refused to stop for deputies. He was then taken into custody after a brief struggle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a search, Pelton Wibbe was allegedly found with 4 Kung Fu Stars on his person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket on May 31, 2024, and will appear in Alabama Town Court on June 18, 2024, at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Layliana M. Shine, 19, of Albion, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree and harassment 2nd degree against a protected party, after a domestic incident in Batavia on June 8, 2024. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James C. Malone, 27, of Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree\/physical contact, after allegedly striking a female in the face with an open hand at an address in the Town of Batavia on May 31, 2024 at 6:45a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malone also allegedly scratched the victim on her chest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malone was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on June 11, 2024 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ryan Clarke, 34, of Le Roy, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree after allegedly throwing objects at a vehicle driving by on North Street on June 3, 2024 at 2:02a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clarke allegedly caused damage to the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for prints and photos and released with an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clarke is to appear in Le Roy Town Court on June 20, 2024 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joshua P.
