Eschenlauer is scheduled to appear in City Court on August 15, 2018 at 9:00a.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n

Wenner, 31, of Wood St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI\/with a BAC greater than .18%, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, obstructed view and disorderly conduct after an investigation into a disturbance at a gas station at 204 West Main street on August 2, 2018 at 1:58a.m.<\/p>\n
Wenner was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in a public place.<\/p>\n

Dalton C. Kelly, 20, of Chase Park, Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and harassment 2nd after police responded to and address in Batavia on July 30, 2018 for a male out of control who allegedly damaged property.<\/p>\n
Kelly was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on July 31, 2018.<\/p>\n

Nasir C. Nathan, 22, of W. Main St., LeRoy, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly making verbal threats to a person who is a protected party in a stay away order of protection against him.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred on Watson street on July 24, 2018.<\/p>\n
Nathan was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in city Court on August 14, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Michael L. Jackson, 37, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after he allegedly stole from Tops Supermarkets at 390 West Main street on July 27, 2018.<\/p>\n
Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 14, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Ahdeosun R. Aiken, 20, of Ellicott Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection during a domestic incident on Walnut street on August 3, 2018.<\/p>\n
Aiken was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance and appeared in court today at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Taylor L. Finnin, 25, of S. Swan St., Batavia, is charged with trespass after allegedly trespassing at a residence on S. Main street after being told he was not allowed there. The incident occurred on July 29, 2018.<\/p>\n
Finnin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Dustin W. Bogue, 36, no permanent address, Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after he allegedly entered a convenient store at 204 West Main street and stole property on August 3, 2018 at 1:41 a.m.<\/p>\n
Bogue will appear in City Court on August 7, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Shane E. Dann, 41, of Swan St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of City Court for failure to appear for a scheduled court appearance on February 18, 2018.<\/p>\n
