Barbra A. Nehl, 75, of W. Main St., Corfu, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $33.70 worth of merchandise from a retail store at 9195 Alleghany road in Pembroke on August 5, 2018.<\/p>\n
Nehl passed all points of purchase.<\/p>\n
Nehl was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on August 23, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Two females, a 17 year old and a 16 year old, are facing charges after a complaint of a motor vehicle accident at Crosby’s at 47 Alleghany road in Corfu on August 5, 2018 at 11:21 a.m.<\/p>\n
The 16 year old is charged with DWI\/drugs and unsafe backing after a property damage accident. She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Corfu Village Court on October 1, 2018 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n
The 17 year old was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana during the arrest of the 16 year old.<\/p>\n
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Corfu Village Court on September 10, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
