Patrick A. Thompson, 36, of Gabbey Rd., Pembroke, is charged with assault 3rd, endangering the welfare of a child and menacing 3rd after a domestic incident in the Town of Pembroke on August 5, 2018.<\/p>\n
Thompson allegedly assaulted a woman who is pregnant, endangering the welfare of her unborn child.<\/p>\n
Thompson also is accused of threating the woman with physical injury.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court on August 6, 2018 and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail .<\/p>\n
Thompson will re-appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on August 14, 2018 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n

Stephanie M. Burmeier, 33, of Payne Ave., North Tonawanda, is charged with petit larceny and harassment 2nd after allegedly stealing merchandise from a souvenir shop inside the Darien Lake Theme Park on August 6, 2018 at 6:10p.m.<\/p>\n
Burmeier then allegedly kicked one of the security personnel who was attempting to detain her.<\/p>\n
