State Police say the incident was reported on May 20, 2024 at 9:35p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brandi-Lyn Heidenreich, 34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree\/permanent revocation, a class E felony, on July 29, 2024 at 11:44p.m. in the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heidenreich was released to a third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cecil J.
