George Borrello dedicated a portion of Route 77 between Broadway Road and Sumner Road in Darien as the &#8220;Sgt. Terry James Garigen Memorial Highway&#8221; on Tuesday morning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hawley and Borrello sponsored a proposal that was signed into law by Gov. Hochul this week to dedicate the highway in Sgt. Terry James Garigen\u2019s honor. Sgt.
