ROBINSON AKA \u201cMOOLA\u201d, 29, OF 238 EAST BANK ST., ALBION N.Y. HE IS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONIES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A JUVENILE, AGE 15, OF 238 EAST BANK ST. ALBION, N.Y. IS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONIES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AN ARREST WAS ALSO MADE RELATED TO THIS CASE BY THE ALBION POLICE DEPARTMENT ON JULY 23RD 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AFTER RECEIVING A COMPLAINT OF DRUG ACTIVITY AT ST. JOSEPH\u2019S PARK AT 120 SOUTH CLINTON ST. IN THE VILLAGE ALBION, N.Y. AN INDIVIDUAL THAT WAS STAYING AT 238 EAST BANK ST. WAS ALLEGEDLY UTILIZING A BICYCLE TO DISTIBUTE DRUGS AROUND THE VILLAGE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ALBION POLICE SEIZED 33 PLASTIC VIALS OF CRACK COCAINE AND ARRESTED JOVAN R. COOPER-SMITH, 21, OF 44 SAMUEL WAY, ROCHESTER, N.Y. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COOPER-SMITH IS CHARGED WITH ONE COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (B FELONY), ONE COUNT OF RESISTING ARREST (A MISD) AND ONE COUNT OF OBSTRUCTING GOVERNMENTAL ADMINISTRATION IN THE SECOND DEGREE. (A MISD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COOPER-SMITH WAS ISSUED AN APPEARANCE TICKET RETURNABLE TO THE TOWN OF ALBION COURT ON AUGUST 14, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ROBINSON WAS ARRAIGNED IN CAP COURT BY TOWN OF SHELBY JUSTICE, THE HON.
