(City of Buffalo photo)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The board of directors of the public benefit company at 4:29 p.m. today announced that it will be negotiating with Brown on a contract to replace Henry Wojtaszek, who will be leaving the corporation at the end of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No starting date nor salary was disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Directors met in executive session for nearly 5 1\/2 hours today interviewing Brown and another candidate.
