Christina L. Wass, 46, of Bergen, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a complaint in the Village of Bergen on August 21, 2018 at 8:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Wass is accused of\u00a0 leaving a child under the age of 17 alone without proper supervision while having the child in her care and custody, the child being 5 years old.<\/p>\n

Wass was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $3,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n

She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on September 5, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Mark D. Humel, 26, of Main Rd., Pembroke, is charged with DWAI\/Drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWAI\/Combination drugs and alcohol, DWI, used vehicle without an interlock device, operating on a suspended license, suspended registration and leaving the scene of a property damage accident following an investigation into a report of a property damage accident on 8330 Lewiston road in Batavia on August 20, 2018 at 3:37p.m.<\/p>\n

Humel allegedly operated a vehicle under the influence of drugs and alcohol with a revoked drivers license and was then involved in a motor vehicle accident.<\/p>\n

Humel was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 24, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

John D. Meiler, 33, of Reinhardt Rd., Alden, is charged with DWAI\/Drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWI and operating a vehicle without an interlock device after a property damage accident at 358 Bloomingdale road in Alabama on August 21, 2018.<\/p>\n

Meiler allegedly operated a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs with a revoked driver’s license and was involved in a motor vehicle accident.<\/p>\n

Meiler was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on September 26, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n
