On 9\/2\/2024, Alicia M. Lyons, 44, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree. It\u2019s alleged that Lyons struck another person during an altercation on Mill Street. Lyons was again arrested on 9\/4\/2024, Lyons was again arrested and charged with two counts of Harassment 2nd degree. She allegedly struck another person during two separate altercations.
