Grover reports the arrest of a Perry resident on September 8, 2024, after an investigation into a stolen vehicle complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joseph V. McLean, 63, of Perry, was arrested following an investigation into a stolen vehicle report. McLean, without permission or the knowledge of the owner, allegedly took a neighbor\u2019s vehicle to the City of Rochester on September 1, 2024. While in Rochester, the vehicle was stolen from McLean. The vehicle was recovered by the Rochester Police Department approximately a week later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McLean is charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McLean was arrested and processed on September 8, 2024 at the Perry Police Department.
