Clarence A. Johnson II, no age provided, of Griswold Road, Bergen, NY, is charged with failure to appear and be photographed at specified law enforcement agency on September 8, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson allegedly did not appear in person to update his sex offender registration photo within the period of time instructed by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice System Sex Offender Registry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Le Roy Town Court on September 10, 2024, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mario R. Handley, 19, of North Tonawanda, NY, is charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly harassing patrons on Alleghany Road in Darien, NY on September 7, 2024, at 12:30a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Handley was allegedly engaging in fighting stances and striking passing vehicles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arrested and released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on September 17, 2024, at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wayne D. Potter, 41, of W. Main Street Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with failure to change address in 10 days\/prior conviction. On September 9, 2024, Potter was arrested at the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Potter is awaiting a CAP Court arraignment at the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Molly E. Hebdon, 35, of Bethany, NY, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly leaving her 11-year-old daughter at home alone on September 8, 2024, at 10:33p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hebdon was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on October 2, 2024, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brendan M. Bruce, 26, of Depew, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a .08% or more, speeding in a zone and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, following a traffic stop on Broadway Road in Darien on September 6, 2024, at 12:24a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruce was stopped for speeding and after an investigation was found to allegedly be intoxicated by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruce was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and issued appearance tickets returnable to Darien Town Court on September 17, 2024, at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jose R. Yamba-Paucar, 30, of Spencerport, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, following several traffic complaints on Batavia Stafford Townline Road in Batavia on September 14, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yamba-Paucar was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 3, 2024, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashton L. Mohney, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing items from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, on September 6, 2024, at 10:30a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mohney allegedly placed several items in his shopping cart and tried to leave the store without paying for the items. He was taken into custody and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mohney was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on October 6, 2024, at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terry M. Roth, 49, of Stafford, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly being found to be in possession of a controlled substance during a Genesee County Probation home search of his residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
