On 9\/3\/2024, Michael J. Stack, 47, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Attempted Robbery 3rd degree, Attempted Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd degree, Menacing 2nd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment 2nd degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s alleged that Stack struck another person and threatened them with a box cutter. When Police attempted to arrest him, he allegedly fought with officers and attempted to take an officer\u2019s gun from their holster. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stack was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held without bail. <\/p>\n\n\n

On 9\/6\/2024, Nicholas C. Kingdollar, 28, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree, Criminal Contempt 2nd degree, and Aggravated Family Offense. Kingdollar was allegedly found inside a residence in violation of a stay-away order of protection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 bond, and $20,000 partially secured bond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/22\/2024, Thomas J. Preedom, 36, of Clarence, NY, was arrested and charged with Failure to Register. It\u2019s alleged that Preedom, who is a sex offender, failed to report a change of address within 10 days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/12\/2024, Raymond L. Keffer Jr., 47, of Brockport, NY, was arrested and charged with Failure to Register. Keffer, who is a sex offender, allegedly failed to report a change of address within 10 days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court on 9\/24\/2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/11\/2024, Mark W. McWethy, 56, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. McWethy was initially charged on 8\/6\/2024 with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 9\/6\/2024, Anthony R. Dunmore, 44, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s alleged that on 9\/7\/2023, Dunmore placed his hands around another person\u2019s neck during an altercation on State Street. Dunmore fled the scene, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dunmore was located and arrested on 9\/6\/2024 and arraigned in CAP Court. He is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
