On August 25, 2018, Officer Post arrested Cody Crandall, 21, of\u00a0 Main St., Attica, for sexual abuse 1st, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation of an incident that occurred on North Main Street in the Village of Perry.<\/p>\n
During the investigation, it was discovered that Crandall allegedly had sexual contact with a five year old female.<\/p>\n
Crandall was arraigned in Perry Village Court with the recommendation of $20,000.00 cash bail or bond from the Wyoming County District Attorney\u2019s Office. Crandall was later committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 bond.
