She says her husband was mowing his lawn next door and noticed smoke and flame coming from the 3rd floor in the Library area which is where there was a computer.<\/p>\n<p>Two pets, a dog and a cat were already outside when the fire broke out.<\/p>\n<p>The Red Cross was called to assist one adult male who lived the residence.<\/p>\n<p>The fire went to a 2nd alarm for man power and issues with water supply from a hydrant.
