Frayne, 21, of Two Rod Rd., Alden, Nicholas D. Frayne, 21, of Two Rod Rd., Alden, and Dalton J. Offhaus, 21, of Brookville Rd., Alexander, allegedly stole scrap metal from an enclosed property without permission.<\/p>\n<p>Nicholas Frayne and Offhaus are additionally charged with petit larceny. All three were issued appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on September 18, 2018 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nicholas R. Schramm, 18, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, is charged with criminal mischief 4th\/intent to damage property, after a complaint in the Town of Byron on Byron Holley road on August 27, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Schramm, while at a residence of another person, allegedly intentionally damaged property not belonging to him.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in the Town of Bergen Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Schramm will appear in the Town of Byron court on September 10, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Three men are facing grand larceny 4th and criminal trespass 3rd charges following a larceny of scrap metal complaint on Sumner road in Darien on July 21, 2018.
