David A. Leach, 30, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with assault 3rd degree after allegedly attacking two people during a domestic incident in the town of Pembroke on Main Road on September 25, 2024 at 10:22p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Leach allegedly caused physical injury to the two victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Leach was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was held for a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devin R. Zortman, 25, of McKees Rocks, PA, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to signal and drinking alcohol or using cannabis in a motor vehicle, after a traffic stop on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on September 29, 2024, at 12:29a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zortman was allegedly operating a motor vehicle intoxicated by alcohol and was transported to the Genesee County jail for processing and then released on appearance tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zortman will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 15, 2024, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zachary J. Pernick, 26, of Tonawanda, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 4th degree with intent to damage property after an incident at Batavia Downs on Park Road on September 28, 2024, at 2:31a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pernick allegedly damaged a wall inside Batavia Downs. He was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pernick was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 22, 2024, at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hill was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 2, 2024, at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joseph A. Hogan, 56, of West Henrietta, NY, is charged with petit larceny and was arrested on September 25, 2024, after an incident on September 17, 2024, at Batavia Downs, 8315 Park Road in the town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hogan allegedly took $494 US dollars from the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hogan was as released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on October 9, 2024, at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
