Summers Jr., 48, of Clinton St., Buffalo, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC over .08% or more after a minor motor vehicle accident at 9993 Alleghany road in Darien on September 3, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Summers was arrested after he attempted to flee on foot after the accident.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Town of Darien Court on October 16, 2018 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mark D. Jackett, 48, of Batavia Oakfield Townline Rd., Oakfield, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after a violation of an order of protection complaint on September 3, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Deputies responded to the complaint at the Oakfield Labor Daze event about 5:30p.m. and arrested Jackett after he allegedly violated a court order of protection.<\/p>\n<p>Jackett was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on September 10, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Colton D. Chappius, 29, of S. Main St., Elba, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating an Orleans County Family Court order of protection directing him to refrain from offensive conduct during a custody exchange in the presence of the protected persons.<\/p>\n<p>Chappius allegedly refused to return property and used loud and vulgar language during the custody exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The incident occurred on N. Main street in Elba on September 1, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Elba Town Court on September 26, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Donald O.
