On or about April 28, 2018, in the Town of Alexander, Gomez-Gomez engaged in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion.<\/p>\n<p>In count two of the indictment, Gomez-Gomez is accused of criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd , class D felony.
