James Mages, 53, of Akron, was arrested after he unlawfully entered a residence on Nesbitt Road on February 13, 2017.<\/p>\n
Mages left the residence after he was confronted by the home owner.<\/p>\n
Mages took clothing from the victim\u2019s house while inside.<\/p>\n
Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies located Mage\u2019s vehicle driving away from the scene on Nesbitt Road. Mages refused to stop for officers, leading officers to an address on Buffalo Road in the Town of Orangeville where he was apprehended.<\/p>\n
Mages was wearing the clothing he had taken from the residence on Nesbitt Road. He is charged with criminal trespass 2nd and petit larceny in the Town of Attica. He is also charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd and failure to comply with a police officer in the Town of Orangeville.<\/p>\n
Mages was jailed on $5,000 bail.<\/p>\n
He will appear in both courts at a later date.<\/p>\n
The New York State Police and Warsaw Police assisted in the incident.<\/p>\n

Two men are facing numerous charges following a business check during the late night hours of February 13, 2017 .<\/p>\n
Two occupied vehicles were observed parked and running at a closed business in Perry Center at Rt. 246 and Rt. 20A.<\/p>\n
Deputies proceeded to checked on the vehicles to make sure everything was okay.<\/p>\n
An investigation led to the arrest of Jesse W. Schuster, 33 of Perry and Shane D. Vasile, 50 of Warsaw.<\/p>\n
Schuster was found to have driven to the business with three suspensions on his license and was subsequently arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and unlicensed operation. He was released with appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Perry Court at a later date.<\/p>\n
Vasile had been found to be in possession of numerous drugs and paraphernalia and was placed through field sobriety testing.<\/p>\n
Vasile failed field sobriety and was placed under arrest\u00a0 for driving while ability impaired by drugs. Vasile was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office where a certified Drug Recognition Expert completed a drug influence evaluation on Vasile.\u00a0 It was determined that he was impaired by the combination of central nervous system stimulants, narcotic analgesics, and cannabis and was unable to operate a vehicle safely.<\/p>\n
Vasile was charged with driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th<\/sup>, criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd<\/sup>, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released with appearance tickets and will return to the Town of Perry Court at a later date.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Nicole R. Fronczak, 27, of Silver Springs, is facing numerous charges following an early morning traffic stop on February 11, 2017 on Route 19A in the Town of Castile.<\/p>\n Fronczak was pulled over after she was observed driving across the center yellow lines of the roadway.<\/p>\n Following a roadside investigation and field sobriety testing, Fronczak was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated.<\/p>\n She\u00a0 was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office where she supplied a breath sample of 0.14% BAC.<\/p>\n Fronczak is charged with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of .08 or greater, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n Fronczak was released with appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Castile Court on March 6, 2017<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" James Mages, 53, of Akron, was arrested after he unlawfully entered a residence on Nesbitt Road on February 13, 2017.
