Spikes was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail. He was arraigned on September 9, 2018.<\/p>\n

Christopher J. Parker, 29, of Morse Pl., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief after allegedly damaging property at the residence of another person on Thorpe street on September\u00a0 8, 2018 at 12:17 a.m.<\/p>\n
Parker was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail.<\/p>\n
He will re-appear in court on September 18, 2018 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n

Sasha M. McDuffie, 26, of 14th St., Buffalo, is charged with speeding in a zone and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd\/3 or more open suspensions on 3 or more dates, after a traffic stop on East Main street on September 11, 2018.<\/p>\n
Upon further investigation during the traffic stop, it was discovered that McDuffie’s license was suspended.<\/p>\n
McDuffie was arrested and processed at the Batavia Police Department, posted police bail and was then released.<\/p>\n
McDuffie will return to court on September 26, 2018 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Paulette M. Conley, 42, of Mill St., LeRoy, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and no headlights following a traffic stop on Main street in Batavia on September 9, 2018 at 2:27a.m.<\/p>\n
Conley was processed and will appear in City Court on September 26, 2018 a 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Justin T. Gladney, 29, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested on an active bench warrant out of the City Of Batavia after being called to the area of 505 East Main street for an unrelated matter.<\/p>\n
Gladney was issued an appearance ticket and was released. He appeared in City Court on September 11, 2018.<\/p>\n

James E. Murray Jr., 29, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of City Court for allegedly failing to appear on August 28, 2018 in court after being issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n
Murray was processed and held on bail. He re-appeared in court on September 10, 2018.<\/p>\n
