Andrei D. Collins, Jr., 21, of Silver Springs, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 39 at Hathaway Road in the Town of Castile on September 11, 2018.<\/p>\n

Collins was stopped for a turn signal infraction and after roadside field sobriety testing Collins was arrested for DWAI\/Drugs. Collins\u2019 vehicle was towed from the scene and he was then transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Collins was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert and found to be impaired by cannabis.<\/p>\n

Collins also possessed a NYS Identification Card only, which had a status of suspended for failure to pay a fine.<\/p>\n

Collins is charged with DWAI\/Drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operator and insufficient turn signal. He was released to a third party and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Castile Court on October 1, 2018.<\/p>\n
