Thomas Jr., 44, of Stafford, NY, for aggravated DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and moving from a lane unsafely.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers stopped Thomas on Batavia Stafford Townline road. after moving from a lane unsafely. While speaking to Thomas, the operator, Troopers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Thomas was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests.
