Danny D. Williams, 29, no permanent address, Batavia, is charged with two counts of criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating two orders of protection during a disturbance on Thorpe street on September 13, 2018.<\/p>\n
Williams was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court today.<\/p>\n

Zackary VD Seeley, 21, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he violated a Genesee County Family Court order of protection on North Lyon street on September 2, 2018.<\/p>\n
Seeley was released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n

Joshua D. Beardsley, 29, of Groveland Station, Groveland, NY. was arrested on a warrant out of City Court for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket issued on August 21, 2018.<\/p>\n
He posted $250 police bail and will appear in City Court tomorrow morning.<\/p>\n

Paul J. Doctor, 40, homeless, was arrested on an active warrant of arrest for failure to appear on a previous appearance ticket issued on August 5, 2018 after an incident on Clinton street in Batavia.<\/p>\n
He was located in front of the Target Department store on September 17, 2018.<\/p>\n
