Mcintyre was arraigned in City Court and released to Genesee Justice and will appear in City Court on September 27, 2018.<\/p>\n

David L. Newton, 59, of Lewiston Rd., Basom, was apprehended by Tops employees after being observed concealing several items on his person and exiting the store at 390 West Main street on September 20, 2018.<\/p>\n
Newton was arrested for petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 2, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

A 17 year old of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a disturbance at 3 Ross street on September 17, 2018. The teen is accused of punching another person in the face.<\/p>\n
The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on September 25, 2018.<\/p>\n

Jeremiah T. Jones, 45, of Ross St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection at 10 West Main street on September 17, 2018.<\/p>\n
Jones was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on October 2, 2018.<\/p>\n

Jeremy C. Goodell, 44, of Washington Ave., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear in City Court on a criminal mischief 3rd charge on September 21, 2018.<\/p>\n
The charge stems from an incident that occurred at 444 West Main street.<\/p>\n
Goodell was arraigned\u00a0 in City Court on held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and $5,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n
He will return to court on September 27, 2018 at 9:30a.m.<\/p>\n

Ronnie J. Flinchum, 59, of Mill St., LeRoy, was arrested on a City Court warrant after being located on Mill street on September 21, 2018.<\/p>\n
Flinchum was arrested for failing to appear in court after an incident at 400 East Main street on July 1, 2018.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in City Court and held on $1,000 cash or bond bail and will re-appear in court on October 25, 2018 at 11:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Aaron L. Klein, 47, of Montclair Ave., Batavia, was arrested for criminal contempt 2nd after violating a stay away order of protection on September 19, 2018.<\/p>\n
Klein was caught hiding in the protected person’s house within hours of being served the stay away order.<\/p>\n
Klein is being held at the Genesee County Jail on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n

Isaiah J.A. Munroe, 28, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Bank street on September 22, 2018.<\/p>\n
