allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A suspect in a carjacking is now in custody after a police pursuit from the south side to the Batavia VA on Richmond avenue.<\/p>\n<p>A woman who was at the Kwik Fill at 99 Jackson street called 9-1-1 and reported that she had been ripped from her vehicle by a black male who said he had a gun, however no gun was displayed.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect then took off in the woman&#8217;s white Sebring.<\/p>\n<p>Police were able to quickly locate the vehicle on Liberty street at Jackson street.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect did not stop for police and then led officers on a<br \/>\nhigh speed chase through the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n<p>Police Chief Shawn Heubusch says speeds reached over 65 miles per hour.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" reached the intersection of Richmond avenue and Redfield Parkway, he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a brick VA sign and a tree.<\/p>\n<p>He was not injured and was taken into
