Anthony A. Leone, 50, of Jackson Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th, a class C felony, and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor after an investigation by Sheriff’s Deputies.<\/p>\n
On September 24, 2018, Deputies Kyle Krzemien and Howard Wilson responded to BJ’s Wholesale Club following the report of a suspicious male in the area of the store.<\/p>\n
Following an investigation, Leone was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in Batavia Town Court by Judge Cleveland and then jailed without bail.<\/p>\n
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.<\/p>\n
The Genesee County Drug Task Force assisted in the investigation.<\/p>\n

Falicia N. Tuczai, 27, of East Bethany LeRoy Rd., Stafford, is charged with harassment 2nd\/physical contact after a domestic incident on Ellicott street road in Bethany on September 24, 2018.<\/p>\n
Tuczai allegedly bit the male victim causing physical injury following a verbal argument.<\/p>\n
Tuczai was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on October 23, 2018.<\/p>\n
