On September 22, 2018, officers Spink and Prusak of the Perry Police Department conducted a routine traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple equipment violations.<\/p>\n

The driver of the vehicle, 20 year old Cody Sharpstene of Churchville, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and possession of a hypodermic instrument.\u00a0 During a search of his vehicle, it was discovered that Sharpstene had in his possession, one hypodermic instrument, one bag of marijuana and a controlled substance.<\/p>\n

Sharpstene was also ticketed for equipment violations.<\/p>\n

He was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court in front of Honorable Judge Errington.\u00a0 Sharpstene\u00a0 was committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 bond. Sharpstene will return to court on October 2, 2018 at 1:00pm in Perry Village Court to answers the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
