Rachel B. Solomon, 26, of North Lake Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction of governmental administration 2nd and resisting arrest after an investigation into a reported violation of a court order on Meadville road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on September 29. 2018.<\/p>\n
Solomon allegedly violated an order of protection by being present at the residence of the protected party.<\/p>\n
During the investigation she became uncooperative and her actions placed a child in danger. She then resisted arrest.<\/p>\n
Solomon was arraigned in the Town of Alabama Court and jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n

Megan E. King, 24, of Fisher Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more following an investigation of a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 5 in the Town of Pembroke on July 26, 2018.<\/p>\n
King was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on October 4, 2018.<\/p>\n

On September 26, 2018, following a domestic incident, a household member of a residence on Chick Road in Darien was arrested for menacing 3rd and harassment 2nd. Name, address and age were not disclosed in the press release.<\/p>\n
The subject was arraigned in Darien Town Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n
