Sheila Heeter, 44, of Warren Pa., was arrested following a traffic stop on Rt. 98 in Arcade on September 29, 2018.<\/p>\n

Heeter was stopped for driving too slowly and impeding traffic as well as failing to maintain her lane. Heeter failed field sobriety tests and was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of\u00a0 0.08% or above, failure to keep right, driving too slowly and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.<\/p>\n

She was arraigned in the Town of Arcade Court by Justice Salzer.<\/p>\n

Heeter was committed to the Wyoming County Jail on $500 bail or $2500 bond. She is due back in court on January 1, 2018<\/p>\n
