Bengert, 42, of Strykersville, NY, for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle on the highway that was unregistered.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers stopped Bengert for operating a Polaris Ranger, a UTV, on the roadway on Rt. 78 in the Town of Sheldon.<\/p>\n<p>Bengert was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests and was transported to the State Police Barracks in Warsaw for processing.
