Perry, NY – Chief Michael J. Grover reports the arrest of Alex G. Gross, 26, of Perry, New York<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 03\/20\/2025, Officers Tucker, David Spink, and Dakota Spink from the Perry Police Department arrested Gross on an arrest warrant that was issued by Honorable Tammy Kelsey in Village of Perry Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The arrest warrant stems from a domestic dispute on 3\/17\/2025 with Gross allegedly violating a court order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gross was charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree and the felony offense aggravated family offense. Gross was arraigned by Honorable Joshua Wolcott in Village of Perry Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wyoming County District Attorney was contacted and recommended $20,000 cash bail, $40,000 bond, or $60,000 partially secured. Gross was released on pretrial release and is due back in Perry village Court on April 15, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
