Nandan allegedly abandon a dog in a hotel room and returned to Canada. Nandan is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on April 1, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Porter was held for a CAP Court appearance on March 23, 2025 at 9:00a.m. in front of Judge Williams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bower, 70, of Antlers Drive, Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while using a phone, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident on North Byron Road in Elba on March 30, 2025 at 5:13p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bower was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Elba Town Court on May 28, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carli allegedly caused damage to property and harassed another person. He was held for CAP Court on March 28, 2025 at 9:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Megan J. Courtney, 29, of Park Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with burglary 3rd degree and petit larceny, after allegedly stealing merchandise at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, on March 26, 2025, after previously being trespassed from the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Courtney was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held, pending a CAP Court arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On March 28th, 2025, Courtney was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree after allegedly violating a full stay away order of protection. She was held at the Genesee County jail where she was arraigned in CAP Court on March 28, 0225 at 9:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
