Ground, 25, of Basom, NY, is charged with robbery 2nd degree\/aided by another, a class C felony, assault 3rd degree\/with intent to cause physical injury and criminal mischief 4th degree\/disable equipment to prevent emergency call to police\/fire\/EMT, after a robbery on March 18, 2025 in the Town of Alabama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also charged, Jordan B. Abrams, 32, of Basom, NY, is charged with robbery 2nd degree\/aided by another, a class C felony, assault 3rd degree\/with intent to cause physical injury, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation\/apply pressure and criminal mischief 4th degree\/disable equipment to prevent emergency call to police\/fire\/EMT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also charged, Rusty M. Jonathan, 45, of Basom, NY, is charged with robbery 2nd degree, a class C felony, assault 3rd degree\/with intent to cause physical injury and criminal mischief 4th degree\/disable equipment to prevent emergency call to police\/fire\/EMT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All three were arrested on April 9, 2025 and arraigned on the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brett C. Logan, 24, of Basom, NY, is charged with disseminating indecent material to minors 1st degree, a class D felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17, after a sex offense in the Town of Alabama on October 31, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Logan was arrested on April 16, 2025 and arraigned .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salvatore C. Scinta, 56, of Bliss, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree\/ammunition feeding device, a class D felony, in the Town of Eagle on April 1, 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scinta was arrested on April 10, 2025 and held on $1,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________ <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael S. Savage, 36, of Albion, NY, is charged with DWI and operating a vehcile with a BAC of .08% or more, both unclassified misdemeanors, on March 23, 2025 at 9:43p.m. in the Town of Murray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Savage was released to a 3rd party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeremy I. Kimanski, 22, of Le Roy is charged with aggravated DWI:PER SE\/BAC of .18% or more of alcohol in blood, no priors, on March 23, 2025 in Alexander, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kimanski was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tameiah A. J. Thomas, 22, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with introducing contraband into prison 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor in the Town of Attica on March 29, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James M. Christopher, 64, of Hooksett, New Hampshire, is charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with .08% BAC, both unclassified misdemeanors, on March 29, 2025 in the Town of Carlton after a property damage accident on Point Breeze Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christopher was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Janisha M. James, 44, of Albion, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree\/disobey a court order, in the Town of Pike on March 28, 2025 at 8:42a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James was arraigned; an investigation is pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christopher Lacue, 47, of Niagara Falls, NY, is charged with criminal impersonation 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, on April 4, 2025 in the Town of Pembroke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lacue was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crystale M. Rosinski, 56, of Grand Island, NY, is charged with DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor, after a personal injury accident in the Town of Genesee Falls on Rt. 19A on April 5th, 2025, at 8:13pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rosinski was issued an appearance ticket in the matter after being arrested in the City of Rochester, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Russell J. Magoffin, 49, of Pavilion, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd degree\/damage to another person&#8217;s property greater than $250, a class E felony, on April 12, 2025 at 1:16 a.m. after a domestic dispute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Magoffin was arraigned on the charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brandon T.
