Smires, 23, of Clay St., LeRoy, is charged with trespassing after a complaint on Warsaw road in LeRoy on October 10, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Smires allegedly entered and remained unlawfully in the backyard of a residence.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on November 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Susan A.
