Johnny Jackson, 24, of Rochester, was arrested following a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of Perry on October 15, 2018 at 12:15a.m..<\/p>\n
Jackson was a passenger in a vehicle which was stopped for speeding. Jackson, who is on Probation with Monroe County, was found to be in possession of an unregistered unloaded handgun, marihuana, scale and paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
He is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd (class D Felony), and unlawful possession of marihuana.<\/p>\n
Jackson was arraigned in the Town of Perry by Justice Bogart. He was committed to Wyoming County Jail on $2500 bail or $5000 bond. Jackson is due back in court on October 30, 2018. Perry Police Department Officer Greg Smith assisted with the arrest.<\/p>\n

Two subjects were arrested on Bank Road in the Town of Middlebury after Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies stopped to check on a vehicle parked in a parking area off of Bank Road on October 13, 2018.<\/p>\n
Isaiah J. A. Munroe, 28, was the male driver of a 2014 Hyundai Sonata found parked and running, and the female front seat passenger was identified as Chercal A. Smith, 23, both Batavia residents.<\/p>\n
The odor of marihuana was detected upon police approach to the vehicle, and a subsequent search of the vehicle led to the discovery of three Oxycontin pills, one Tramadol pill, and concentrated cannabis, all controlled substances.<\/p>\n
Smith was also found to have concealed two pill bottles in her bra containing marihuana and marihuana blunts.<\/p>\n
Munroe and Smith were arrested, and the vehicle was towed from the scene. They were both charged with three counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance7th and Smith was additionally charged with unlawful possession of marihuana.<\/p>\n
Munroe and Smith were both arraigned in the Village of Warsaw Court where bail was set on both in the amount of $500.00 cash bail or $2,500.00 bond. Further proceedings are scheduled in the Town of Middlebury Court on October 22, 2018.<\/p>\n

On October 12, 2018, a Wyoming County Deputy observed a vehicle traveling at a rate of 54 MPH in a 35 MPH zone on Main Street in Strykersville.<\/p>\n
After performing a traffic stop, the Deputy found the passenger, Bradley Cox, 33, of Warsaw, was wanted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff\u2019s and State Police-Machias.<\/p>\n
Deputy Sampson placed Cox under arrest on the warrants and turned him over to Cattaraugus County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n

Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Joseph F. Frens, 32, of North Main St., Warsaw on a Wyoming County Family Court warrant and an Attica Justice Court warrant for failure to pay fine.<\/p>\n
Frens was arraigned by Wyoming County Family Court Judge Griffith and bail was set at $1000 on each warrant with a return date of October 15, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
