Steven P. Nasewytewa, 37, of Skye Road, Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with reckless endangerment 2nd degree, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree and harassment 2nd degree after a reported altercation on Bloomingdale Road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on April 7, 2025 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An investigation at the scene revealed that Nasewytewa allegedly struck a person in the face and then allegedly dragged them a short distance when they tried to exit the vehicle. The incident also allegedly occurred in the presence of their children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nasewytewa was arrested and arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court on April 7, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cameron J. Sokolowski, 32, of Hartshorn Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, reckless driving, operating out of ignition interlock restriction and disobeying a traffic control device, after allegedly failing to yield for a traffic stop on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on April 11, 2025 at 4:29p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sokolowski allegedly attempted to flee on the NYS thruway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets. Sokolowski is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on May 14th, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David W. Fruster, 62, of Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, unlicensed operation and a speed violation\/exceeding 55mph\/78mph, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the Town of Bergen on April 7, 2025 at 6:14p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the traffic stop, it was discovered that Fruster allegedly disobeyed and violated an order of protection by having the protected party in his vehicle. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. Fruster was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court on April 7, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lee C. Zimmerman, 54, of S. Lake Road, Bergen, NY, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely, and no\/inadequate plate lamps, following a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in the Village of Bergen on March 31, 2025 at 8:02p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zimmerman was held for CAP Court on April 1, 2025 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russell C. Dibble, 38, of Gabbey Road, Corfu, NY, is charged with DWAI\/alcohol, after showing up for a meeting with Genesee Justice at 3839 W. Main Street Road in the Town of Batavia, allegedly intoxicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dibble was arrested and taken to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He is set to return to Batavia Town Court on April 24, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jessica L. Culver, 35, of Park Road, Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting incident at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Walmart, on April 4, 2025 at 6:21p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Culver allegedly stole merchandise, walking past all points of sale and failing to render payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
