Christian Navas, Kellie Staschak, 55, died at the scene after being stuck by a vehicle at the intersection about 11:40a.m. The vehicle involved did have the green light according to police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lt. Navas says the investigation is ongoing and more will be known after the NYS Police Collision and Reconstruction Team completes their investigation. There are no charges at this time.
