Following a physical altercation at the Genesee County Jail involving two inmates on April 15th, 2025, two people have been charged in the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tyler J. Bull, 22, and Raymond L. Keffer Jr., 48. were both arrested and charged with assault 2nd degree after allegedly causing physical injury to each other. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both Bull and Keffer Jr. were arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court and held on bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both will appear in Batavia Town Court on Aprill 22, 2025 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thihele T. Gaines Jr., 24, and Sosa Stroman, 24, both of Syracuse, NY, are each charged with grand larceny 4th degree, possession of burglar tools and conspiracy 5th degree after being arrested at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on April 11, 2025 at 6:48p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both Gains Jr. and Stroman were transported to the Genesee County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court on April 12, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On April 13, 2025, deputies arrested three people during a traffic stop for traffic violations in the Town of Le Roy, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an investigation, deputies say a quantity of cocaine was allegedly located in the vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The driver, Timothy L. Corcoran, 61, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The front seat passenger, Adrienne S. Bechtold, 29, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The rear seat passenger, Nicholas E. Patterson, 31, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All three occupants of the vehicle were transported to tot he Genesee County Jail for processing and then released with appearance tickets. They will appear in Le Roy Town Court on May 6, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melissa M. Lesage, 45, of Horseshoe Lake Road, Stafford, NY, is charged with DWAI\/drugs and alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, operating a motor vehicle without a court ordered interlock device and inadequate plate lamp on Prole Road in Stafford, NY of April 12, 2025 at 1:11a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lesage was held at the Genesee County Jail pending a CAP Court arraignment on April 12, 2025 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary T. Strusz, 59, of Main Road, Stafford, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd degree after deputies responded to a 911 hang up call on Main Road on April 14, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an investigation, the victim stated someone had entered the dwelling and remained unlawfully for a period of time. Strusz was located and taken into custody for allegedly entering a residence in an apartment complex which she had no permission to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
