On 4\/6\/2025, Jason W. Alexander, 46, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It\u2019s alleged that Alexander pushed and slapped a child, during an incident on East Main Street. He was arraigned in CAP Court and an order of protection was issued. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4\/7\/2025, Alexander was again arrested and charged with Burglary 2nd degree and Criminal Contempt 2nd degree. It\u2019s alleged that he illegally entered a residence in violation of the order of protection that had been issued on 4\/6. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4\/10\/2025, Raymond J. Dick, 60, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on 2\/25\/2025, where Dick was allegedly operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was issued a traffic ticket and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4\/8\/2025, Derrick L. Washington, 52, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant for Petit Larceny. Washington allegedly stole merchandise from Dollar General on 12\/27\/2024. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/31\/2025, Richard J. Burdick, 47, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. The charge stems from a traffic stop on Ross Street on 1\/10\/2025, when Burdick was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court on 4\/8\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4\/6\/2025, Ali Arbai, 33, of Batavia, NY, was arrested for DWI. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on Main Street, where Arbai was allegedly found to be intoxicated. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. He is due in court on 4\/29\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4\/6\/2025, Michael A. Fanizza, 31, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief 4th degree. It\u2019s alleged that Fanizza damaged a door during an argument in violation of an order of protection. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4\/2\/2025, Alisia L. Compton, 40, of Orlando, FL, was arrested on a Bench Warrant. Compton was initially arrested for DWI on 11\/22\/2022. The warrant was issued when she failed to meet the conditions of her conditional discharge. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 3\/31\/2025, Winston A. Lockhart, 30, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol. Lockhart was arrested after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on North Spruce Street. He was issued several traffic tickets and released. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 4\/4\/2025, Sara A. Elliott, 39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. The charge stems from a traffic stop on Clinton Street on 12\/19\/2025, where Elliott was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 4\/15\/2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
