On October 18, 2018, Batavia Police arrested Brandon J. Welch, 23, of E. Main St., Batavia on an arrest warrant for falsely reporting an incident 3rd, torturing\/injure\/not feeding an animal and owning\/harboring an unlicensed dog.<\/p>\n
During the arrest, Welch was also charged with making a terroristic threat.<\/p>\n
He was jailed without bail and will appear in City Court on a later date.<\/p>\n

John J. Saddler, 31, of E. Main St., Batavia, was taken into custody after violating an order of protection, 2 counts, on Watson street on October 14, 2018.<\/p>\n
Saddler was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $2,500 cash bail or 5,000 bond bail and will return to court on October 23, 2018.<\/p>\n

Todd J. Pangrazio, 42, of Pleasantview Dr., Lancaster, was arrested for failing to appear after an appearance ticket was served stemming from a traffic stop on March 4, 2018 in the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n
Pangrazio was arraigned in City Court on October 17, 2018 and is currently being held at the Genesee County Jail on $1,000 cash or bond.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
