Three people are facing charges after a traffic stop and investigation at 8 Lake Avenue in Bergen on May 5th, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies say Kelly J. Mungo, 49, of East Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after allegedly attempting to conceal cocaine and a crack pipe on her person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mungo was transported to the Genesee County Jail and held for CAP Court. She appeared on May 6th, 2025 at 9:00a.m. Mungo is scheduled to be arraigned in Bergen Town Court on May 21st, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also charged, Colleen M. Hutchinson, 50, of Spring St., Bergen, NY. Hutchinson is charged with criminal possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hutchinson was allegedly in possession of cocaine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was transported to the Genesee County Jail where she was held for a CAP Court appearance on May 6th, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A third person, Timothy L. Corcoran, 61, of Maple St., Batavia, NY, was charged with conspiracy 4th degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Corcoran allegedly possessed cocaine and contributed to the commission of class B felony crime, deputies said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Corcoran was transported to the Genesee County Jail and was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on May 21st, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephen D. Freeman, 54, of Conlon Rd., Le Roy, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, felony DWI\/previous conviction with the past 10 years, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, operating a motor vehicle without financial security, after a property damage accident in the Town of Batavia on May 2, 2025 at 8:29p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Freeman allegedly struck a traffic barrier and street signs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Freeman was held for CAP Court and appeared on May 3rd at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sara T. Cupler, 32, of Starr Rd., Wyoming, NY, is charged with DWI\/drugs and moving from a lane unsafely, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Batavia Stafford Townline Road on April 27, 2025 at 5:54p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies say Cupler was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the Town of Batavia. While traveling south on Batavia Stafford Townline Road, Cupler went off the west shoulder of the roadway and struck a fire hydrant causing physical damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cupler was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets. She is scheduled to appear in Town of Batavia Court on May 29, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dylan M. Dibble, 29, of Pole Bridge Rd., Avon, NY, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a 55 mile per hour zone, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and driving to the left of pavement markings, following a traffic stop on Broadway Road in Bethany on May 10, 2025 at 2:08a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dibble was released with traffic ticket and will appear in Bethany Town Court on May 28, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jennifer L. Maher, 42, of Prole Rd., Stafford, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely, and an equipment violation\/no plate lamps, following a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Stafford on May 4, 2025 at 1:10a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maher was issued uniform traffic tickets and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She will appear in Stafford Town Court on May 20, 2025 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yulia Pityk, 24, of Silver Birch, Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding in a 55MPH zone, after a traffic stop on Clinton Street Road in Bergen on April 25, 2025 at 1:38a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pityk allegedly showed signs of impairment and was taken into custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pityk was released on uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen town Court on May 21, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jason J. Meyer, 48, of West Ave., Elba, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and following too closely, after he was stopped for driving erratically on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on April 19, 2025 at 10:05p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meyer was arrested and taken to the Genesee County Jail for processing. He is set to appear in Batavia Town Court on May 15, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kurtis R. Washington, 34, of West Main St. Rd., Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree with intent to sell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Washington was allegedly in possession of 23 grams of cocaine during a probation home visit in the Town of Batavia. He was arraigned on May 6th, 2025, in Batavia Town Court<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was transported to the Genesee County Jail on no bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cody J. Nichols, 40, of Avenue A, Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree after allegedly being found to be in possession of cocaine on Appletree Avenue in Bergen on May 1, 2025 at 5:22p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nichols was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Bergen Town Court on May 21, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also charged, is Taylor R. Blachura, 36, of Avenue A, Rochester, NY. Blachura was arrested following an investigation into a suspicious condition that occurred in the Town of Bergen on Appletree Avenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies say that Blachura was allegedly in possession of cocaine during a police investigation. Blachura was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and released with appearance tickets returnable to Bergen Town Court. Blachura will appear in Bergen Town Court on May 21st, 2025 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
