Ditzel is accused of failing to report monies being deposited into her bank account that she had access to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, it is alleged that Ditzel received $2435 in SNAP benefits she was not entitled to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ditzel was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance with a later Court date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jacqueline Sogunro-Pitan, 44, of Batavia is charged with one count of Welfare Fraud 4th after an investigation by Genesee County Social Services Investigator Robert Riggi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is alleged that Sogunro-Pitan failed to report wages she was earning working at Wal-Mart. As a result, she is alleged to have received $2,304 in SNAP benefits she was not entitled to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sogunro-Pitan was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance with a later Court date.
