Mitchell also allegedly deprived one of the dogs of physical care.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell was charged on October 19, 2018 for the incident on September 29, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on November 5, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Richard A. Dekenipp, 50 of Fayette St., Palmyra, NY, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into the theft of a carton of Seneca Menthols at a business at 1031 Ledge road on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation on October 13, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Dekenipp allegedly passed all points of purchase without paying.<\/p>\n<p>He was arrested on October 19, 2018 and was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on November 7, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>John W.
