NAGI, AGE 38, OF 120 BROADWAY, NEWBURGH, N.Y. HE WAS CHARGED WITH:<br>1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS IN THE THIRD<br>DEGREE. (CLASS A MISDEMEANOR). 1 COUNT OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS IN THE<br>SECOND DEGREE. (CLASS E FELONY).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BADR A NAGI WAS OPERATING THE ALBION MINI MART LOCATED AT 45 NORTH MAIN ST. IN THE VILLAGE OF ALBION, AS A RESULT OF THE INVESTIGATION AND ITEMS SEIZED, THE NEW YORK<br>STATE OFFICE OF CANNABIS MANAGEMENT CLOSED THE STORE FOR SELLING AND POSSESSING UNAUTHORIZED CANNIBIS PRODUCTS.<br>THESE ILLICIT CANNABIS PRODUCTS CAN POSE A THREAT TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY DUE TO NOT BEING TESTED OR APPROVED BY THE NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF CANNABIS MANAGEMENT.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION AND FINANCE ALSO SUSPENDED ALBION MINI MART\u2019S LICENSE TO SELL TOBACCO PRODUCTS DUE TO THE COUNTERFEIT NEW YORK STATE TAX<br>STAMPS.<br>ASSISTING IN THE INVESTIGATION WAS THE ORLEANS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY\u2019S OFFICE., THE ALBION POLICE DEPTPARTMENT K9., THE ORLEANS COUNTY SHERIFF\u2019S DEPTPARTMENT K9, THE<br>VILLAGE OF ALBION CODES OFFICER AND THE CHEEKTOWAGA POLICE DEPT.
