Pinkerton, 32, of Main St., Le Roy, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree\/intent to cause physical injury with a weapon and criminal possession of weapon with intent to use after a complaint of an assault that occurred at the 7Eleven on Buffalo Road in Bergen on May 18, 2025 at 1:22a.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pinkerton allegedly was involved in a physical altercation with two people in the parking lot of the 7Eleven and allegedly caused physical injury to another person by means of deadly weapon\/dangerous instrument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pinkerton was held for CAP Court on May 18, 2025 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies responded to UMMC to take the above complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supreme N. Ervin, 26, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, NY, is charged with public lewdness after allegedly exposing private parts of his body while in a store at 4662 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on May 20, 2025 at 2:58p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ervin was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in Batavia Town Court on May 27, 2025 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erica E. Cullen, 34, of Bank St. Rd., Elba, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd degree, welfare fraud 3rd degree and offering a false instrument for filing 1st degree, following an investigation by a Department of Social Services investigator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cullen allegedly received $3,138 in SNAP benefits that she was not entitled to in July of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cullin was arrested and arraigned in Batavia Town Court on May 22, 2025 where she was released on recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brandon G. Starkweather, 33, homeless, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree after allegedly striking another person who had an active stay away order of protection against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Starkweather was held for CAP Court at the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roman B. Warchol, 45, and Jennifer R. Warchol, 43, both of Elm St., Batavia, NY, are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor, after a traffic stop on May 21, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies say both were allegedly in possession of narcotics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jennifer is additionally charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, without an inspection certificate and vehicle registration suspended. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Both were transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing, and both were released with appearance tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thomas H. Forbes, 58, no address provided, is charged with DWI and failure to stop at a stop sign after a traffic stop at 8204 Park Road in Batavia on May 18, 2025 at 12:57a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Forbes was issued uniform traffic tickets for failing to stop at a stop sign and was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Batavia Court. He will be arraigned in Batavia Town Court on June 10, 2025 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
