Ryan M. Norton Sr., 44, of Bloomingdale Rd., Alabama, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and falsifying business records 1st following an investigation into a violation of an active order of protection on August 30, 2018.<\/p>\n
Norton allegedly contacted a protected party in a stay away order of protection and then attempted to conceal the contact by falsifying business records.<\/p>\n
Norton was arraigned in City Court on October 20, 2018 and jailed without bail until his next court appearance.<\/p>\n
Senior Corrections Officer Matthew Burgett and Deputy Richard Schildwaster assisted in the investigation which was conducted by Deputy Ryan DeLong.<\/p>\n

Jesse James Qutermous, 31, of North St., LeRoy, is charged with grand larceny 4th and petit larceny following a complaint of a credit card being used by an unauthorized person on September 28, 2018.<\/p>\n
Qutermous allegedly used a bank card, not belonging to him, to pay for an item on Facebook Messenger.<\/p>\n
