Virgillo was arrested and transported to the Genesee County Jail. Virgillo appeared in CAP Court on June 6th 2025 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tornabene was arraigned in CAP Court and will return to the Batavia Town Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
